Divine Feminine energy is a universal frequency that is the touchstone of our physical and spiritual existence.
The ‘goddess consciousness’ equates to an elevated, ego-diminished, non-judgemental and non-harming state of Being that transcends the human mind.
It is a state of awareness that is connected to the wisdom of the heart, to natural and divine laws, and to loving, harmonious and peaceful Life. People of any gender or non-specific gender can be connected to divine feminine energy. It is a route to the Higher Self, and to healing the Soul. Divine Feminine energy gives rise to Divine Masculine energy, as it is a ‘home’ or ‘cosmic mother’ for all of creation.
These are 5 simple and sacred steps to becoming more in touch with your divine feminine vibration.
The divine feminine in all of us is associated with creative energy and life force energy. Similar to the energy of flowing emotions or timelessness, the feminine craves creativity. Our wombs are designed to create life after all.
Some ways I express my creativity are through crafting, painting, dancing, clothing, and crocheting. I know a lot of people that express their art in other forms though such as cooking, entertaining guests, writing, comedy or gardening.
Expand your mind and see where in your life are you creating something out of nothing. It’s a common misconception that traditional “art” is the only form of creativity!
2. INVEST IN A YONI EGG.
While it might not be something you ever thought you'd buy, the egg is something I think every woman should own. It's a great way to explore your own arousal while strengthening the pelvic floor. If you want to be in control of your own pleasure and have mind-blowing orgasms, a yoni egg can help you bring awareness to your own sensations.
Until recently, I was afraid to touch myself and relied entirely on my partner to take control of that discovery. While that can work fine if you're partner's OK with it, it certainly limits your options and your awareness of your own potential for arousal and pleasure.
When you practice with your yoni, also focus on your breath. It’s the easiest way to gauge sensations, muscular contractions and comfort level. If you’re uncomfortable you may hold your breath. Take note of these things and adjust accordingly, so you're always in control (until, you know, you don't want to be anymore).
Our bodies hold a lot of power and wisdom as women. We can connect to our feelings and intuition more easily than a masculine associated person, but we need to trust our bodies and heart in order to hear these messages.
One way to connect to our bodies more and get out of logical thinking is to practice incorporating more sensuality into our lives. This means intentionally using the senses to experience life with pleasure.
One way I practice sensuality is by soaking in a warm bath with essential oils. Setting the visual with candles or petals, feeling the warm water against my skin, smelling the aroma of lavender or eucalyptus, hearing the water splash against the tub, tasting a treat like dark chocolate or red wine.
Any activity can become sensual if you intentionally experience it with all five senses.
4. PRIORITIZE RECEIVING
Masculine energy is a penetrating force of energy.
Feminine energy is the receptive energy that opens.
By receiving love/energy/attention your deep well of feminine energy is filled up.
This doesn’t necessarily mean through sex (although this certainly helps). You can receive by getting a massage, pedicure, or having someone cook a meal for you.
In the massage, for example, your breathing and relaxing that allows your masseuses hands to penetrate beneath the layers of your stress is deeply fulfilling for your feminine energy.
So get out your calendar and book some receiving time into your schedule.
The feminine connects largely through verbal communication (with masculine connecting largely through touch and sexual access).
It’s no secret that as women reach puberty they become much more fascinated in becoming frequent and effective verbal communicators with their peers.
The feminine in you is nourished by extended catch-up sessions with loved ones (mom, dad, siblings, close friends, etc.).
So turn off the TV, call up someone you care about and catch up on your unique but diverging lives. Talk without aim other than to let them know about what’s been going on with you and to hear all about how they’ve been since you last talked.
